“Her Smile So Lit” written by Frandriguez Fiduciaries and untrustworthy Part 10: First came love then came Chapter. 29

The set up

She sure looked good

in that get up

She thought of me a bull

and first wore red

when we met up

They didn’t let up

Her and her team

had a dream

Pushed us together

neapolation ice cream

But bad vision is a gamble

like Casino

she couldn’t see me

eyes squint

like the chino

He had her dry as a desert

I had her fly like an eagle

How was I supposed to know

She’d turn evil

How was I supposed to know she’d turn evil? She was hired by the company which meant she passed her background check. She would have been investigated during the process of obtaining her license. Did she slip through the cracks?

“Mami Cappuccino,” told me a story of her grandmother killing her husband. Her grandmother placed a chair facing the front door of her home, armed with a rifle, she sat and waited for her husband to come home. When he arrived she did not let him in and he proceeded to break into the home.

He managed to force his way in and she picked up that rifle and killed that man. It was an obvious set up but the law was on her grandmothers side. That sweet old lady with short grey hair who looked at me through her thick spectacles with such kind and loving eyes allegedly killed a man. I would have never guessed she killed her own husband. “Mami Cappuccino” told the story with great admiration.

“Mami Cappuccinos” family liked me a lot. At one point I was invited to a cookout and I met many of them. I remember how excited she was for me to meet them. Her Uncle Tony and his girlfriend came all the way from Georgia to meet me. He wore a tan cap with red trim and lettering, his girlfriend was dark skin and friendly. Uncle Tony was the same complexion as “Mami Cappuccino” and with a warm smile gave me his seal of approval. I had a good time at the cookout with them.

Soon after “Mami Cappuccino” found a new apartment to rent. She was excited, the apartment was a two bedroom and was less than a 10 minute drive from work. Her mother lived in a nearby apartment complex on the next street.

The day of her move I met with “Mami Cappuccino” at her grandmothers house and helped her along with her brother, her grandmother’s boyfriend, and a close family friend Ronnie. Her brother was respectful but he didn’t talk to me much. There was an unspoken tension between him and their mother. He was also the same complexion as “Mami Cappuccino.” If I remember correctly he had light eyes. In contrast their mother was very dark and did not look like either of them.

Ronnie spoke with a calm demeanor, he seemed like he was always stoned. He had dreads and wore shades. The boyfriend of her grandmother was tall and dark skin with long dreads. He resembled the artist Flava Flav from the hip hop group Public enemy.

I met Flava Flav when I was very young with my friend Manny. We were at The WIZ a popular electronic’s store of the late 90’s and early millennium when my friend Manny spotted him. Flava Flav saw us staring at him and he walked right up to us with his big clock chain. He gave us a big smile and his mouth was full of gold teeth. He held out his hand and I shook it. His hand was very dry.

“Was sup boyyyy!” said Flava Flav.

I was star-struck. Flava Flav didn’t have on his sun glasses or a hat like in his videos and he was very friendly to us. I remember the store employees were very excited.

“I want you to live with me” Mami Cappuccino” said to me with hearts in her eyes.

I remember when I first realized she had fallen for me. “Mami Capuccino” met me at my home and she looked the best I had ever seen her that night. She had her hair tied up and pulled back, her skin looked so hydrated. She had on an off-white blazer top and skirt. She really looked beautiful. It was…I believe it may have been New Year’s Eve. She was sitting on the couch in the living room while I was entertaining company along with Sergi and having drinks.

“Discoteca!” said one of the men to me.

I raised my glass to him. They had a few nick names for me and discoteca which meant disco was one of them. The nickname was given because I liked to go to nightclubs. They liked having me around. I helped Sergi’s friend Willie with his medication while he stayed with us, he was Dominican.

I remember waking up one morning and going to the kitchen to make coffee. There was a man sitting at the dining room table and he was massive, he looked exactly like Willie.

“Hermano!,” he said with a smile.

I thought what type of medication did Willie take, he is like the incredible hulk? The massive man was his son. We ate at the table together, he was friendly.

“Mami Cappuccino” looked at me with such endearing eyes as she watched me interact with the other men. I smiled at her and she smiled back, her eyes had tears in them. At that moment I knew she had fallen in love with me.

“Cappuccino!” said Sergi

“Hey Sergi!” she replied in a tone full of life in her always upbeat attitude.

“Jour motha, I know her.” He said in his thick Spanish accent.

With a little bit of a surprised look she said “Really?” and they continued the conversation.

After socializing at home with Sergi and the rest of the guys we went to the club, we used the car service, Lyft. I was full of rum and “Mami Cappuccino” had smoked more than the wildfires in California.

The club was very enjoyable with multiple lounge areas and more than one dance floor. I saw a man I recognized from a party I attended about a year earlier in Brooklyn hosted by TEK of the group COCOA BROVAZ.

My good friend MarcoPoloNyc brought me to the party and introduced us. I got a good vibe from Steele he knew I was an aspiring artist and childhood friends with Marcopolonyc. There was a bunch of men and women there socializing. There was plenty of bar bbq and food to go around. The back yard to the home was full of men and women socializing. I remembered the man at the club from that party, I had spoken to him briefly like many others at the party.

He was light skin and wore glasses and was with a good looking girlfriend. We greeted each other. His girlfriend gave “Mami Cappuccino” a bit of a cross look as if she may have recognized her from somewhere before.

We had a great time that night but we drank heavily and “Mami Cappuccino” started feeling sick. We used car service to get back to my house and then we took a shower, she started feeling better as the fountain heads dropped water over her head. She embraced me and placed her lips on me. It felt so good. We dried off and went to the bedroom.

“Mami Cappuccino” usually had a lot to say but now she was quiet. She took her time as we caressed and she kissed me all over. Afterward I called a cab to take her home as she had things to do in the morning. The Lyft driver pulled up and got out of the car and opened the door for her. He had straight dark brown hair and his features were of a white man but he was very tan, he must be Italian I thought.

“You know how this all works?” he asked.

“Yea, I just paid through the app, make sure my lady get’s home safely.” I replied.

The driver was serious he did not smile and looked at “Mani Cappuccino” and said, “Are you ready?”

“Mami Cappuccino” got into the car and sat down, she was still very quiet.

“Make sure you call me when you get home, I’ll bring your car over in the morning” I said to her.

She gave me a smile and the car pulled off.
